• Dream Records: Text content of your dream entries and related notes
• Chat Conversations: Messages and conversations you have with the AI assistant
• Audio Recordings: Voice recordings you create for dream entries (stored locally on your device)
• Settings Preferences: Your app configuration and preferences

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, and time spent
• Analytics Data: Anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the App (only if you opt-in)

1.3 iCloud Data

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data. The data is encrypted and managed by Apple's iCloud service in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
• Process your dream analysis requests and generate AI-powered insights
• Enable iCloud synchronization across your devices

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Most of your data, including dream records and audio files, is stored locally on your device. This data remains under your control and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud features.

3.2 Cloud Services

When you use AI analysis features, your dream content is temporarily sent to third-party AI service providers (OpenRouter) to generate responses. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not store your dream content on our servers after processing.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App uses the following third-party services:

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time through the App. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from your device and, if applicable, from iCloud.
